Sheepy's high FPS tool A similar tool to above, I havent tested it since my PC stomps all over GTA3 now. This site has alot more GTA3 stuff.

GTA3AOptV1.1 I havent used this yet but from the readme it seems to fine tune your draw distance whilst in game.

nocdsetup.exe I tried this out and it works well. You need to copy the contents of CD2 to the hard drive and copy this in the same directory and run it. I suggest you Install other patches first if you are going to. I got this from Superman on the rage3d forums

FRAPSSEC text logfile You may know what specs I have already, but these are my framerates which I find ok. The 17fps comes when you do slow turns in town and you dont miss the framerate really. Averaging about 40fps in this game.

A sparse yahoo group for GTA3 This group was created by me for the specific purpose of hosting a single wheel texture before I learned how to use my allocated webspace from my ISP. You will need to be familiar in using importing tools since I give no explaination here.
